Warranty and complaints
We take great care in delivering our products to you in the best possible condition. However, it is possible that an order may be damaged during transit or that another issue arises, which would entitle you to a warranty. Legally, you are required to notify us of any defects within two months of discovering them. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
Despite our best efforts, sometimes things do not go as planned. If you have any complaints, we recommend that you first report them to us by sending an email to service@looko.fun. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not been addressed elsewhere, you are free to use the European Union platform to file your complaint.
